Level 1671 was one of the city levels of the planet Coruscant, located 3,456 levels beneath the surface. In 7951 C.R.C., the Pau'an Zodu Onglo took part in a botched arms deal on Level 1671 and was arrested for aggravated assault by the Coruscant Security Force. As Onglo was led away in binders, Lieutenant Tanivos Divo of the security force interrogated a Twi'lek near the crime scene. In 34 ABY, Divo's grandson, Exantor Divo, mentioned the level in his book, Scum and Villainy: Case Files on the Galaxy's Most Notorious.

Level 1671 was a city level of the planet Coruscant. One of 5,127 vertical levels of the ecumenopolis Galactic City, it was located 3,456 levels below the surface on Level 5127. The level included an urban space containing a set of steps leading up to an area lit by yellow neon signs, including one showing a cocktail glass next to an eye with Aurebesh lettering beneath it reading "bus." A large pipe with a railing on top and lighting on the underside ran beneath the signs, with walls behind it rising high above and also baring strips of lighting. Another lit sign sat on top of a pole to the side of the stairs.

One night in 7951 C.R.C., the Pau'an male Zodu Onglo, who had connections to the Wandering Star syndicate of Level 1313, took part in a botched attempt to sell a cache of stolen weapons on Level 1671. The attempted trade resulted in Onglo being arrested by the Coruscant Security Force for aggravated assault. The Utapaun was led away in binders by a masked officer of the underworld police while a LAAT/le patrol gunship shone a spotlight down on a smoking corpse nearby, lain beside a blaster rifle and several other items strewn on a set of steps.
At the same time, Coruscant Security Force Lieutenant Tanivos Divo questioned a Twi'lek beneath the neon lights, with an astromech droid and several police cam droids, their lights flashing, also attending the scene of the crime. Various robed individuals stood further back in the urban space, facing away from the crime scene toward a smoking fire burning atop the pipe with a lone figure standing beside it. Divo's investigation later uncovered Onglo's Wandering Star connection, and some of the lieutenant's case files, including an image of Level 1671, were later published by Divo's grandson, Exantor Divo, in his book, Scum and Villainy: Case Files on the Galaxy's Most Notorious, in 34 ABY.
Level 1671 was mentioned in the 2018 sourcebook Star Wars: Scum and Villainy: Case Files on the Galaxy's Most Notorious, which was written by Pablo Hidalgo. The image of Level 1671 included in the book was illustrated by Ronan Le Fur. Prior to the book's release on October 23, Level 1671 was revealed in a blog post detailing the book on StarWars.com on August 29 earlier that year.
