In 33 BBY, Seneschal Voh had acted as the outpost's caretaker for many years. That same year, the outpost was recommended for closure by researchers on behalf of the Jedi Order. This recommendation—alongside urging from Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn—prompted the entire Jedi High Council to reminisce about the outpost and, following this reminiscence, to visit the outpost in a show of goodwill.
