Kronk was a terrestrial astronomical object. Sometime after around 248 BBY, Yaddle, a Jedi Master who was a member of a mysterious species, went for a sabbatical on Kronk. In 231 BBY, the Jedi Master, realizing that she missed her time teaching the Jedi Order's younglings, left her sabbatical and returned to the Jedi Temple on the Core Worlds planet Coruscant. Upon encountering Yaddle in the Temple, Jedi Knight Vernestra Rwoh told the Jedi Master she thought she had still been on sabbatical on Kronk. In response, Yaddle informed her that she had returned for the time being and explained her reasoning.
