Kromol

However, neighboring Kromus, the fourth planet in the system, had 1.3 billion inhabitants, and was used by the Confederacy of Independent Systems as the site of the Starkiller superweapon facility during the Clone Wars.

The information on Kromol and Kromus in Galactic Republic records was swapped, leading the Republic to believe that the Starkiller was being built on an uninhabited world. This error, probably manipulated by Darth Sidious, led to the decision to plan the Battle of Kromus around an orbital bombardment, and ultimately caused the wiping out of all life on Kromus.

Due to the information being swapped, is not entirely clear which are the correct names for the fourth and fifth planets in the Kro'eval system: the fourth planet is normally referred to as "Kromus", so this article assumes that "Kromol" is the correct name for the fifth planet; but Jedi General Darrus Jeht subsequently thinks of the destroyed fourth planet as "Kromol", which suggests the names might have been swapped around.
