Koruu was a furred pirate who worked as a member of thugs Lemo and Sanda's gang on Arcan IV. In 3 ABY, Koruu was with the gang at a cantina when they were approached by disguised Rebel agents Lando Calrissian and Chewbacca, who were searching for information on the whereabouts of their friend Han Solo. Angered by what he saw as Calrissian's disrespectful way of talking to Lemo, Koruu attempted to shoot the man, only to be felled by a thrown knife as he drew his blaster.
