"Koovy" was a slang adjective unique to the Squibbian dialect of Basic used by the Squibs of Skor II.
It was likely an amalgamation of "cool" and "groovy", but its use was more ubiquitous, similarly to the Basic term "good". However, it also implied extreme reverence and adoration toward the object or idea being modified.
The Squib King Ebareebaveebeedee declared that the Jedi were "koovy" during the Separatist crisis, and would later confer the same honor upon Jedi Master Mace Windu after the Master led the Republic defense of Skor II during the Clone Wars.
