In 34 ABY, the gang used the ship to travel to the moon of Avedot in an attempt to claim a First Order bounty on the Resistance member Finn. The gang were unsuccessful in their attempt to capture Finn, who crashed a T-47 airspeeder into the ship, damaging it and killing the pilot, Basso Mak. Finn then escaped with the help of Resistance pilot Poe Dameron and BB-8. Afterwards, Voss told the rest of her gang, the Clawdite Remex Io and the Aqualish Wooro, that they would need to repair the ship before they moved onto their next job.
Following the failed job on the moon of Avedot, the gang used the ship to travel to the planet Batuu to carry out a heist and steal the hilt of the Sword of Khashyun from Dok-Ondar, unaware they had actually been hired by Ondar, who sought the sword's blade, which the Kendoh Gang had acquired and kept on their ship. During the heist, Varg, a Clawdite enforcer of Ondar, got the drop on Io, and then impersonated him to go aboard the gang's ship and take the blade, which he delivered to Ondar. Meanwhile, Voss and Wooro took a box from Ondar's shop which they believed contained the hilt. When they returned to the ship, they found Io and discovered a hologram message from Ondar informing them he had been the one that had hired them. Voss opened the box and learned that it was actually payment from Ondar for the blade. Ondar then told the gang that the First Order had been told of where their ship was, and wished them safe travels. As stormtroopers arrived at their location and opened fire on the ship, Voss instructed Io to pilot the ship away from Batuu.
