Kassek-Ka

Kassek-Ka was a male Codru-Ji clan leader. In 137 ABY, another clan head named Rikkar-Du was contacted by Darth Kruhl with a proposal of giving him power over the clans of Munto Codru if he submitted to the Empire under Darth Krayt. At a meeting of the heads of the clans attended by Kassek-Ka, Rikkar-Du attempted to convince the other leaders that they must unite to oppose Imperial rule. Kassek-Ka protested the idea of an alliance under one leader, saying it was not of their old ways—plotting, kidnapping, and coups.

After the meeting broke up, Rikkar-Du visited with his wife, Tassa, and told her to go back to their tent with their son, Jassar. Some time after Rikkar-Du left for the temple and Jassar had run off from his mother, Kassek-Ka killed Tassa. Darth Kruhl confronted Rikkar-Du over disclosing his offer. When Jassar tried to defend his father, Khrul killed him before assassinating Rikkar-Du, an action that Khrul and Kassek-Ka had agreed upon and a message about defying the Sith. Kassek-Ka then confirmed he would accept Darth Khrul's offer and adapt to the new reality.

Kassek-Ka appeared in Legacy (2006) 13. Due to the lettering of the comic using all capital letters, it is unclear within the issue if the third "k" is capitalized. However, it is written as uppercase in the 2008 reference book The Complete Star Wars Encyclopedia, in which the character is mentioned in Tassa's entry.
