The Kanzer Exiles was a religious organization, comprised of a race of demon-worshipping reptoids originally from the Valtaullu Rift, in the Unknown Regions. They were fanatically religious, expanding their faith by the mental enslavement of others. The long vanished race were once led by the Lord Ravager Korman Lao, and at some point were able to build a world-sized temple near the Valtaullu Rift.
The Unknown Regions refers to the race as "exiles" (lower case) implying that they were indeed exiled from somewhere.
