Kaneer's window was located in the Jedi Temple.

Kaneer's window was a glass window that served as a door on an interior wall in the Jedi Temple on the planet Coruscant. The window was artificially illuminated to emulate the moonlight and hid a corridor that led to the Archive of Forbidden Artifacts, a Bogan Collection, a secret vault of artifacts connected to the dark side of the Force. The door had a magnetic lock.

History

At some point by 241 BBY during the High Republic Era, Jedi Padawan Klias Teradine mentioned in his holojournal that Kaneer's window was a safe way to enter the Bogan Collection. Sometime later, Jedi Initiates Yula Braylon and Lene Kostana broke into the Bogan Collection through Kaneer's window.

Klias Teradine wrote about Kaneer's window in his holojournal.

In 88 BBY, Initiate Sifo-Dyas read about Kaneer's window in Teradine's holojournal and convinced fellow Initiate Dooku to sneak into the Bogan Collection. In order to open Kaneer's window, Dooku used Shifting Sand, a meditation technique, to slide sand between the door to the vault and the wall, breaking the door's lock. The Initiates were later caught after entering the Bogan Collection by Jedi librarian Restelly Quist and scolded by Jedi Grand Master Yoda.

When Kostana—now a Jedi Master—asked how Dooku and Sifo-Dyas managed to enter, Yoda replied that they had passed through Kaneer's window. Kostana expressed the belief that the entrance had been blocked after she and Braylon had used it, but Braylon denied it. Dooku later recounted the incident to his sister Jenza via holo-letter. Around 23 BBY, Dooku gave data disks of his conversations with Jenza to his recently recruited Sith assassinAsajj Ventress—for her investigation into Jenza's location, and she listened to the message mentioning Kaneer's window.
