Jackson in the February 1997 twelfth issue of Star Wars Adventure Journal, a supplement to West End Games' Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game. The 2009 reference book The Essential Atlas placed the Jiaan system, and therefore Jiaan, in grid square J-17.
