Davith Sconn was incarcerated here in 4 ABY and remained a prisoner until at least 16 ABY, suggesting that the facility was taken over intact by the New Republic from the Galactic Empire, and indeed that it remained in operation through the repeated liberations and reconquests of Coruscant between 6 and 10 ABY .
