Kasan Moor led the Rebel Alliance flight group Rogue Squadron to attack the facility, where Luke Skywalker and Wedge Antilles led an aerial assault, concentrating their attacks on the well-defended power generator in addition to providing air-support, while Crix Madine led a squad of ground troops against the facility itself.
Later, the moon was under New Republic jurisdiction, and Leia Organa Solo toured its facilities.
