Isham was a commentator on Gundark's Gear Datalog during the early years of the New Republic. While serving as a guard with five others, Isham was attacked by an assailant armed with zenji needles. Isham was the only survivor, and spent weeks healing in a bacta tank. Isham related the story on the entry for zenji needles in the Datalog.
