Irkalla was an astronomical object beyond the planet Kitel Phard where, at the end of the First Great Schism, Jedi Master Awdrysta Pina and Legions of Lettow leader Arden Lyn faced off. Pina suffered a mortal wound, but before dying, used morichro to stop Lyn's heart. At some point, an unidentified party discovered Lyn's body, and constructed a tomb, in which it was suspended in a stasis field, only to reawaken some 24,000 years later during the reign of the Galactic Empire.
