It contained listings of affiliations of specific organizations within the Galactic Empire that a member of the Imperial Military belonged to, their rank, their training certificates for various Imperial vehicles (including the TIE/LN starfighter, the TIE/IN interceptor, the TIE/sa bomber, and the TIE Avenger), Medals that the Imperial personnel won as well as embellishments for other actions taken during various battles, as well as their battle records.
