Imperial Extermination Camp 28 on Dac was an extermination camp set up after the Massacre of New Coral City during the Second Imperial Civil War. The Mon Calamari imprisoned there were forced to perform pointless tasks and locked inside a cage without any food and were expected to die of disease and starvation. However, the prisoners were rendered lifeless husks after Sith Lord Darth Azard and scientist Vul Isen unleashed a Sea Leviathan upon them.
