Iazacal liquor, also known as iazacal brew, was a strong, amber-colored liquor found on the planet E'ronoh. Sharing its name with the iazacal tree, it was potable to humans and Mon Calamari. In 382 BBY, when visiting the village of Heliol, the Galactic Republic envoy Axel Greylark was served iazacal brew, which burned his eyes when he drank it and allowed him to sleep with pleasent dreams. Later, the Jedi Knight Gella Nattai drank a strong beverage made with iazacal liquor called stinger, which she got at Siggi's tavern in the mining village of U'ronoh, finding it difficult to finish. Greylark was also dissatisfied with the taste when he tried it.
Iazacal liquor appeared in the 2022 novel Convergence, written by Zoraida Córdova as part of the Star Wars: The High Republic multimedia project's Phase II.
