Iain Lowson was an author of the The Official Star Wars Fact File, published 2002 through 2005. Before this, he worked on Titan's Official Star Wars Magazine, as well as the original version of the UK Star Wars Fan Club. He was co-creator, editor and sole writer on the discontinued De Agostini follow-up to the Fact File, based on the Star Wars Miniatures game from Wizards of the Coast. That project, with floor plans from artist Andy J. Hepworth, was well received by fans in the few places it saw release, but never made it past issue four.
Iain later worked on the UK version of De Agostini's Star Wars: The Official Starships & Vehicles Collection.
