HoloNet News was an official Star Wars podcast which was created in 2008 as a tie-in to the Clone Wars television series. The podcast, which was downloadable for free at StarWars.com and iTunes, features in-universe broadcasts detailing the events of the Clone Wars. The iTunes feed may be accessed here.

A series of podcasts were released to tie into the fall 2009 video game Star Wars: The Clone Wars: Republic Heroes, under the title A Galaxy Divided.
On September 30, 2008, Pablo Hidalgo announced on his blog that HoloNet News would continue in light of the new Clone Wars projects. On October 3, 2008, StarWars.com began continuing HoloNet News in an audio format, designed to follow the events of The Clone Wars TV series.
