Hisseen's parliament governed over the planet Hisseen, led by a Hisseenian premier. In 22 BBY, during the Clone Wars, Count Dooku of the Confederacy of Independent Systems arranged to meet with the Hisseenian premier while undertaking a siege of the planet. Jedi General Obi-Wan Kenobi, who was among the Galactic Republic forces dispatched to protect Hisseen, feared that the premier would reveal the location of the parliament's members to Dooku, who would then eliminate them.
