Headhunter Flight was the fighter squadron composed of Vandangante outlaw techs that was quickly assembled when their base, on Sarlucif, was incurred upon by the Corporate Sector Authority, in 2 BBY. At the time of the invasion, Han Solo was present, negotiating a deal with Jessa Vandangante to receive upgrades for the Millennium Falcon. In an effort to save his disabled ship, Solo assumed the role of Headhunter Leader. The squadron consisted of six ships in three two-ship elements. Han's wingman was Headhunter Two. Jessa used the call sign of Headhunter Three, while her Lafrarian wingman flew Headhunter Four. Headhunter Five and Headhunter Six were flown by two outlaw tech brothers.
