This male Mandalorian resided in the planet Mandalore sometime before 19 BBY. He was the brother of Hayar, who was also a Mandalorian.
Before the formation of the Galactic Empire, Hayar's brother decided to open a theme park to attract tourists to Mandalore. The plan failed however and the theme park never opened. When an Imperial garrison was established on the planet, Hayar and his companion Jarkyc managed to convince the Imperial garrison commander that the failed theme park was a sacred Mandalorian temple. Intending to inspire awe among the local populace, the theme park was bought by the Empire and later used as their garrison base.
