Harisha Gulan was a unit technician assigned to the droid pool that was part of the Alliance to Restore the Republic's Massassi Group on Base One on Yavin 4. Prior to the Battle of Scarif, Gulan wrote a report on K-2SO and its reformatting under the direction of Captain Cassian Jeron Andor. Gulan's report eventually reached General Davits Draven, who forwarded it to Chancellor Mon Mothma. Gulan's report would eventually be incorporated in The Rebel Files.
