Hanel was a human male guard who served under Senator Larik. Hanel, along with Semage, tried to use Larik to help the planet Raxus Secundus, but were stopped by Dooku and Mace Windu. While being questioned, Hanel tried to shoot Windu, only for him to reflect the shot back into his chest, killing him.
