Halykus was a Human male Jedi Master who served the Jedi Order during the Galactic War between the Galactic Republic and the reconstituted Sith Empire.
Around 3640 BBY, Halykus was stationed at the Kri-Ta Outpost in the Pelath-Ri Marches on Voss during a Gormak invasion. He tasked a Republic citizen to assist the people at the outpost in their efforts to stop the Gormak and also to search for a powerful Sith artifact called the Evuk-Nosk. After taking care of the Gormak forces at the Err-Ka Dam, he sent the help to the Pelath Point outpost, where his Padawan Qualie was stationed.
