While replacing the gravity disks in the deck plates of a docked freighter at Pellezara station in 1 BBY, the seventeen-year-old Tarrin Datch discovered a wounded woman—Jan Ors—in a secret compartment. He learned that the freighter carried stolen Imperial cargo destined for the Alliance to Restore the Republic. He helped Ors and her ship to reach safety, and joined the Rebellion soon thereafter.
