The Gatherers appear to guests in Savi's Workshop, a retail location located in the theme park land Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge. The shop, along with the park, opened on May 31, 2019 at Disneyland and August 29, 2019 at Disney's Hollywood Studios, Walt Disney World. Because of differences in union regulations between California and Florida, the Savi's Workshop experience in Disneyland is presented by three Disney cast members who all wear the Gatherer costume, and are all introduced with their real names. In Hollywood Studios, Savi's Workshop has one costumed Gatherer who is always referred to as , regardless of the gender of the cast member playing the character, accompanied by two assistants dressed as regular Batuuans.
