The Garavult Clan was a clan of Grindalids in Coronet City. In 230 BBY, they were led by Mother Fastidima led the clan and numbered in the thousands. The Garavult clan protected the underground water systems of Corellia for centuries. All Garavults took a blood oath that if a one struck down a Garavut Grindalid, all the other Garavults would avenge them. This oath granted safety to the Garavults.
