Late-2008, cornered by Battlefront III cancellation, and Haze poor release, the company was in bankruptcy. It was then purchased by Crytek in February 2009, becoming Crytek UK Limited. In 2014, the studio closed as Crytek sold its assets to Koch Media, and the staff was transferred to Dambuster Studios.
