Fereydun Robert "Fred" Armisen (born December 4, 1966 in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, United States) is an American actor. In an episode of Late Night with Seth Meyers, which aired on March 17, 2014, Armisen joked that he had been cast as "the planets and outer space" in the upcoming Star Wars film, the sequel trilogy's 2015 installment Star Wars: Episode VII The Force Awakens. Armisen voiced the Gran vendor Lechee in the animated television series Star Wars Resistance in "The Missing Agent," which premiered on December 22, 2019.
