Flight of the Falcon, Part 3: Home Again

Plot summary

On the Outer Rim planet Felucia, Bazine Netal was walking through the jungles when the shield of the bounty hunter, Embo went flying into a tree next to her. Embo pointed his bowcaster at Netal but she negotiated with him. Since Embo's funding from the New Republic was cutoff she was willing to pay him if he told her the information he knew on the Millennium Falcon.

Decades earlier, Lando Calrissian and Nien Nunb landed the Millennium Falcon at a space station for refueling. Nunb went off to the market to pick up supplies, while Calrissian worked on repairing the starship. Calrissian was disappointed in the way the current owners, Han Solo and Chewbacca maintained the ship. Calrissian checked over all the systems on the Falcon and was perplexed to learn that the systems were all fine.

But when he turned around there stood Embo, bowcaster aimed at Calrissian's head. Calrissian did not understand Embo's language but when Embo said "Death Star," he realized that Embo was after him. But Embo did not know what Calrissian looked like, which he used to his advantage. Pretending to be a cleaner, Calrissian told Embo that he must be looking for Solo but to it too far when saying that they should spit the bounty. Embo was about to shoot Calrissian but then a pipe burst knocking Embo back and disarming him.

Calrissian tied Embo up outside the ship and Nunb came back. Calrissian reported that the Falcon was ready and the two departed the space station.

Back on Felucia, Netal was disappointed that no one could seem to capture the Millennium Falcon. She reluctantly paid Embo but stopped when he told her that the Falcon had recently resurfaced. Embo provided her with information to where to look next and she went on her way.

Continuity

"Flight of the Falcon, Part 3: Home Again" features the Millennium Falcons rectenna, which was destroyed during the Battle of Endor. However, this comic takes place after the Battle of Endor, as it refers to the Death Star II as having been destroyed. Furthermore, this comic takes place shortly before "Hare-Brained Heist," which doesn't feature the rectenna.
