Various Jedi Temples were established during conflicts throughout the galactic history by allies of the Jedi, including the Alliance to Restore the Republic, the Galactic Republic, the Royal Naboo Forces, the Gungans, and the Wookiees.
These Jedi Temples were created by various factions to gain access to Jedi; its Sith counterpart was the Sith Temple. The Jedi temple on Alaris Prime was another prominent Jedi Temple that was built during the colonial war of Alaris Prime. During the Galactic Civil War, a Jedi Temple was situated in the Rebel-aligned city of Reytha Minor on Reytha. Luke Skywalker built a temple on Hanoon during the liberation of the colony. He used it to store the Vor'Na'Tu, but subsequently destroyed the Jedi artifact after Imperial forces raided the temple.
The Jedi Temples are constructable buildings used for training Jedi in the 2001 video game Star Wars: Galactic Battlegrounds.
