Sometime prior to 9 BBY, Cal Kestis worked with the Partisans in an attempt to stage a coup in order to overthrow the Imperial rule over the planet of Norsid. The coup ultimately failed and was mentioned by the Imperial Senator of Utapau, Daho Sejan.
