Erub II was a location where, by 3 ABY, the Trandoshan bounty hunter Bossk had found the smugglers Han Solo and Chewbacca trawling the sewage seas in search of spare parts. Bossk nearly succeeded in capturing the pair in order to claim the bounty on their heads, but ultimately failed.
