The Eriadu Authority was a remnant of the Galactic Empire that was centered on the planet Eriadu and the Seswenna sector in the galaxy's Outer Rim.
The Eriadu Authority was established after breaking from the Galactic Empire during the Galactic Civil War after the Battle of Endor in 4 ABY by Admiral Sander Delvardus, a member of the prestigious Tarkin family by marriage, and an independent warlord.
Originally based on Eriadu, it was forced to relocate into exile on Kampe in the Deep Core, after being defeated by the New Republic. Delvardus was executed at a conference on Tsoss Beacon along with twelve other Imperial warlords to unify by Admiral Natasi Daala. The Eriadu Authority then fell to Colonel Ivan Cronus who pledged it to Daala's United Warlord Fleets, an alliance of warlords. However, after the disaster that was the Assault on Yavin 4, Daala relinquished full command to Gilad Pellaeon of the Greater Maldrood, who absorbed the Eriadu Authority and other Imperial factions into the Imperial Remnant.
The Authority held the allegiance of Eriadu, the capital, and all the Seswenna sector. It included other worlds all around this sector like Sluis Van, Sanrafsix, Kabal and Clak'dor VII. The Eriadu Authority encompassed also many worlds all along the Rimma Trade Route, including Yag'Dhul.
