Elessia was an astronomical object in the Mid Rim Territories. After the fleet of the Rebel Alliance scattered following the Battle of Hoth in 3 ABY, Commander Ellian Zahra of the Galactic Empire attacked the Seventh Division at Elessia. The Fourth Division arrived at the location of the battle, and the combined rebel divisions ultimately forced the Imperials to retreat.
