Edcel Bar Gane was a Roonan male Senator in the Senate of the Galactic Republic. He was senator during the Naboo Crisis in 32 BBY and remained in the position during the Clone Wars. He wore a dark blue velvet overcoat.
The character was voiced by Stephen Stanton in Star Wars: The Clone Wars.
