The EM Whip was an exotic and powerful weapon mounted on the Teljkon Vagabond. The weapon consisted of two slender, spiked projectiles that buried themselves into a target's hull. An enormously powerful electrical current was passed through the completed circuit that knocked out all starship systems and killed or incapacitated the vessel's crew.
