A dwarf star was a type of star. There were many dwarf stars in the galaxy including, white dwarfs, brown dwarfs, and red dwarfs. When Darth Vader was helping Chimaera to navigate through space using the Force, he realized a white dwarf ahead and changed the ship's course.
