The war lasted for several years, with the Dornean Navy—using a number of small vessels—holding back the much larger Imperial Navy until at least 4 ABY.
In 4 ABY, the Dornean Navy lent the Rebel Alliance two Braha'tok-class gunships for the Battle of Endor.
