Dima

Dima was a female individual who ruled as the queen of the planet Eiram during the High Republic Era. She was married to Queen Thandeka, her consort. The Directorate, intending to destabilize the governments of Eiram and its twin planet, E'ronoh, mistakenly kidnapped Thandeka when attempting to take Queen Dima as a hostage.

Although Dima was an absolute monarch, she listened carefully to her advisers, most of all to her wife of 30 years Thandeka.

In 230 BBY, when Dima was presented with the choice to shoot down the lower half of Starlight Beacon, which was on its way to crash into the city of Barraza or trust the Jedi onboard Starlight Beacon to find a solution, she chose trusting the Jedi as she did not want the Nihil to pressure them into justyfing the killing of other people under the euphemism of "preventive action".
