During the Clone Wars, Separatist General Grievous ordered the destruction of a Jedi Temple on Ledeve. After previously killing a Jedi and their Padawan, Grievous came across the temple and attempted to claim the temple's secrets for himself. Following his experiences in the temple, where he was mocked by voices for what he had become and being small, Grievous ordered a Providence-class Dreadnought to destroy the temple. In the aftermath of the temple's destruction, Grievous claimed that for all of the entities' talk of power, they burned just as easily. However, a glowing item arose from the wreckage of the temple as the General left.
