Deputy Viceroy was a position of the Trade Federation. This position automatically made the holder of the title one of the Viceroy's advisors and lieutenants. It was last held by Hath Monchar.
The post was empty due to the death of Monchar. He once was to be next-in-line for Viceroy. He had control over all Trade Federation trading posts, but had to be approved by legal counsel Rune Haako. It was unfilled after the betrayal of Hath.
