David Ackroyd is an actor known for his work in television during the 1970s, 80s, and 90s. He voiced Captain Antilles in the second and third episodes of the Star Wars radio drama.
Ackroyd's notable TV appearances include roles in The Secret Storm, Another World, Dallas, Murder, She Wrote, and Xena: Warrior Princess. In 2004 he co-founded the Alpine Theatre Project, a performing company in Whitefish, Montana. The company's board includes Ackroyd's fellow Star Wars radio performer, John Lithgow.
