DSD-1 torture droids were interrogation droids employed by the Columi brothers, Craitheus and Marvid Qreph. They appeared as hovering balls adorned with syringes, claws, and electrical prods, similar to IT-O Interrogator droids. They were employed by the Qrephs to torture their prisoners, and in 45 ABY, they used a DSD-1 to torture Han Solo, Ohali Soroc, Ohali Two, and Barduun during a warmped sabacc game where the players bet information and pain instead of credits.
