The cyber neutralizer was a handheld prototype device, created by Dorotsech during the Cold War, capable of killing or weakening beings whose body was composed of at least fifty percent cybernetics. It was used by Lord Zash's apprentice in the duel with Darth Skotia which resulted in the later's death.
