The Council of Banking Clans was the governing body of the planet Muunilinst. These Muuns were involved in early financial dealings with the planet Sartinaynian. Despite the Human xenophobia, the Council continued their business arrangements where they used vast stores of precious metals that bankrolled colonies, trading cults and other such investments along the Braxant Run.
