The Core Five, also known as the Council of Five, was the ruling body of the InterGalactic Banking Clan on the planet Scipio. The Council was arrested after being charged with corruption, allowing Senator Rush Clovis to assume total control of the Banking Clan. Clu Lesser served as a spokesperson for the council during the Clone Wars.
