The Conclave was one of two political councils of the Ssi-ruuvi Imperium. It was primarily concerned with religious issues, but also appeared to have judicial and legislative powers. The Conclave was occupied by gold Ssi-ruu.
Together with the Elders' Council, the Council elected the Shreeftut. The Council and the Conclave were bitter rivals over which was to be the dominant power in the Imperium, and often it was only the shreeftut's influence that prevented civil war.
